Banner Advertising Specifications
For advertising inquiries, AB Star News offers banner ad placements across our digital properties. Below are the specifications for our standard ad units:
Leaderboard Banner
- Dimensions: 728×90 pixels
- Maximum File Size: Under 100KB
- Frame Rate: 12-16 fps
- Animation Limit: 15 seconds (must stop before 15 seconds)
- Looping: Not allowed (Replay button permitted for standard creatives)
- User-Initiated Sound: Allowed
- Backup Image: Mandatory
- Branding Requirement: Last frame must include the company’s branding
Accepted File Formats
- PNG
- JPEG
- GIF
- HTML5
- Third-Party Tags (for standard creative)
If submitting third-party tags, all images should have visible borders.
HTML Advertising Guidelines
If providing HTML ads, please adhere to the following:
- An HTML document is mandatory
- CSS files must be separate from the HTML
- JavaScript files must be separate from the HTML
- Images: PSD, JPG, PNG, GIF
- Videos: MP4, OGV, WEBM
- If using Google Web Designer (GWD), files must be provided in open format (not published)
